How quickly can we get a sitter?
Most referrals are matched with a trained, background-checked sitter shortly after you post. You’ll see who accepted and their ETA right in your Organization Portal.
Who are Forstter sitters?
Sitters apply through the Sitter App, complete required training such as KDADS crisis intervention and de-escalation, and pass a background check. Anyone doing transport also registers a vehicle that must pass our safety inspection.
What services can we request?
Crisis transport, a sit at a hospital or facility, or transport with sitting. You pick the service type when you post a referral.
How do guardians follow a case?
Guardians are reps from your organization with accounts linked to your organization account. They sign in to the Organization Portal to see live status, the sitter’s details and ETA, and they get an update at each milestone.
How does Forstter support KDADS compliance?
